Mentorship & Development

New members undergo a rigorous training program focused on accounting fundamentals, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies. Our mentorship program pairs younger members with experienced upperclassmen to prepare them for summer internship recruiting.

Interview Preparation

We conduct regular mock interviews, technical workshops, and behavioral coaching sessions. Our alumni network actively participates in guiding current members through the recruitment timelines for top-tier financial institutions.
